Free Lovebox Weekender warm-up at Cargo This year’s Lovebox Weekender is just a few weeks away, and if you fancy a little taste of what’s to come or simply fancy a fantastic party for free this Friday 12th June, head down to Free! Fridays at Cargo in East London for the Lovebox Weekender Warm-Up Party. Residents from Horse Meat Disco and Disco Bloodbath play alongside James & Giles from secretsundaze. Setting the stage alight, will be Camden news comers, Ou Est Le Swimming Pool and Edinburgh based three-piece Young Fathers (support act for forthcoming Simian Mobile Disco tour) who play live. To round things up the Lovebox All-Stars and the two Collins from The Fly - who will be curating a tent at the festival - will warm things up nicely on the ones and twos. There’ll even be magical goings-on with the award winning Close-Up Magician, Spencer Wood. The free fun kicks off at 6pm and winds down at 3am at Cargo, Rivington Street, Shoreditch. Tickets for Lovebox Weekender are available from www.lovebox.net as well as from Ticketmaster (www.ticketmaster.co.uk) or by calling 08448472436. Tickets can be purchased in person from Stargreen Box Office, 20/21a Argyll Street, London, W1F 7TT. Ticket prices: £42.50 + Booking Fee per day ticket. £75.00 + Booking Fee per weekend ticket.
